Train your Child’s Bilingualism while Getting Physically Fit (Part 1)

We are dwelling in an era where “good enough” is not good enough. We need to be more competitive in order to stay ahead. Our children face a massive challenge to make themselves stand out among the highly scholarly crowd. If you are in America, it is crucial that you at least understand Spanish. In this post, we will highlight how you can help your child’s bilingualism (and yours) while getting the regular dose of physical activity in a commercial playground.

Counting in Spanish

This exercise is simple. Perform a simple warm up with your kids, but instead of counting in English
Uno (oo-no), Dos (dose), Tres (trace) (move to the left)
Cuatro (kwat-ro), Cinco (sink-o), Seis (saze) (move to the right)
Siete (see-yet-eh), Ocho (och-o), Nueve (new-eh-veh) (do the twist)
Diez (dee-ace) , once (ohn-say), doce (dos-say) (clap your hands and jump)
You can gradually add the new numbers. The list of 20-100 counting in Spanish in given below:
